ST. GEORGE — It’s time to brush up on your two-step, don your best western gear, and get ready for one of the biggest musical events of the summer, when local favorite Eric Dodge performs his beloved country hits at the free Concert in the Park, July 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Vernon Worthen Park.

“Eric Dodge was a huge hit at our recent St. George Art Museum Gala, and always has the audience up on their feet at every one of his concerts,” said Michelle Graves, Assistant Director of Parks and Community Services. “We hope everyone will pull on their dancing shoes and join us for an outstanding evening with one of St. George’s most beloved performers.”

A 2012 Country Music Association (CMA) inductee, and an Amazon Music best-seller with nine albums and two books to his credit, Dodge has shared stages across the U.S. and Canada with such country legends as Carrie Underwood (before an audience of 50,000), Clint Black, Travis Tritt, Julianne Hough and many other luminaries. His albums and books have enjoyed major success and sales in 17 countries.

Dodge is also a member of the National Speakers Association, frequently sharing inspirational messages about overcoming depression and other challenges. Additionally, his concerts often include line dancing instruction, with Dodge calling the steps for seasoned dancers and beginners alike.
