“See the City Differently — One Sculpture at a Time”
| ST. GEORGE, Utah — September 17, 2025 — The Art Around the Corner Foundation (AACF) is offering monthly, guided walking tours of the Outdoor Sculpture Gallery in historic downtown St. George, on the second Saturday of each month beginning Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Lasting approximately 90 minutes these tours offer participants a close look, with a knowledgeable guide, at the nationally recognized Outdoor Sculpture Gallery. This year’s Gallery features 38 artists from across North America, including seven St. George area residents. “Visitors have always been able to do a self-guided tour with maps available throughout the gallery and online,” said Lysa McCarroll, AACF Board Chair. “These guided walking tours are a more personal way for residents and visitors alike to connect with the artists’ vision, learn more about the pieces, and experience how public art enriches everyday life.” Intended to withstand the desert climate of Southwest Utah — year-round — in addition to being touched, many of the sculptures are climbed and sat on. An interactive experience that appeals to children as well as adults.Guests meet at the Tower in Town Square Park and are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early. No reservations are required.
