to Work in Insurance program presented by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group. The recognition
marks Leavitt Group’s third consecutive year on the list and its first No. 1 ranking among participating
companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees.

Best Companies Group evaluates participating employers through a two-part assessment. Employers complete
a questionnaire about company policies, practices, and demographics, and employees participate in a survey
measuring engagement and satisfaction.
The assessment measures employee satisfaction across eight areas, including leadership and planning,
corporate culture and communication, role satisfaction, work environment, supervisor relationships, training
and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement.
Because employee feedback is part of the assessment, the ranking reflects employees’ own experience within
participating organizations.
