Fall has finally arrived! We are enjoying cooler temperatures and beautiful fall colors in the mountains.
The change of weather inspires us to change our routines. Why not add volunteering at the Pioneer
Museum to your schedule?

Special thanks to those who have donated items to the Gift Shoppe: Jewel Stratford – Veyo Camp;
Laraine Huff – Pilot Peak and Kellie Monson – Red Hills.
We still need holiday gifts/items for the Gift Shoppe. Let us get our hands busy and make wonderful gifts
and decorations to donate.

REMINDERS:
- Do not turn the chair lift off. Always leave it on. If it is off, it cannot be called to the basement for
use. It damages the battery life by turning it off at night. - Remember to give each visitor an Exit Survey to complete. The surveys are extremely helpful, for
Museum changes and planning. - Always remember to complete the sales receipt forms correctly. There needs to be the date of
the purchase, the type of payment used, and if it is book, the complete title should be listed.
Only the name of the purchaser is required at the top. - Just FYI we will be getting new docent badges soon!
- We are in need of a couple of volunteers to help with some changes in the museum collection. If
you would like to help for a couple of hours towards the end of the month, please let Teresa
know. Email director@dupstgeorge.org. Thank you!! - One final reminder, the Museum is getting a new roof in December. We will be closed from
December 8 to Jan 2, 2026. Thank you
