Southern Utah Art Guild’s EXCITING June Events

RED CLIFF GALLERY will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary. Former
St. George City Mayor, Jon Pike, presented awards at Red Cliff Gallery’s
grand opening on June 6, 2014. To celebrate the anniversary, we are
pleased to announce that Councilwoman, Dannielle Larkin, will present
the awards at the June 14 artist reception. The June show theme is “Land
That I Love” featuring about 60 local artists. In addition, we will re-open
the juried section of the Gallery – “Traveler’s Hall.”
Come to the reception and meet Councilwoman Larkin and the artists
June 14 from 6 to 8pm while you enjoy some refreshments. The show will
run from June 14 through July 18 at Red Cliff Gallery, 220 N 200 E in St.
George. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday Noon
to 4pm.

ARROWHEAD GALLERY will showcase the artwork of Mary Manning for
the month of June. Mary creates art from deep within her heart. She fell
in love with illuminated paintings while in the U.S.S.R. – a Black Madonna
captivated the artist. Mary is exhibiting her Elemental Goddesses and
Sipping Sunshine – a Hummingbird – through June at Arrowhead Gallery.
Mary’s work is in national and international collections. Arrowhead
Gallery hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11am to 6pm and Friday and
Saturday 11am to 8pm, 68 E Tabernacle in St. George.
