The committee supports Chamber goals by strengthening community prosperity, deepening member engagement, expanding meaningful connections, elevating the local economy, and identifying community needs through nonprofit partnerships.

• Partnership Over Reinvention: Support existing nonprofits rather than creating new programs.
• Organization & Clarity: Plan ahead and communicate clearly.
• Time or Treasure: Provide options to volunteer or give financially/in-kind.
• Accessible for All: Make service easy for businesses of all sizes to participate.
• Quarterly Service Rhythm: Offer at least one organized service opportunity each quarter.
• Impact Over Volume: Measure success by meaningful outcomes, not the number of events.
