Wendi Prince Bulkley is the Athletic Development Officer and Executive Director of the Trailblazer Club at Utah Tech University. Wendi is a community leader and relationship expert. As a fundraiser, she has played an integral part in the university’s explosive growth. Before working as a fundraiser, she was the Dixie State Associate Athletic Director-External Relations, Adjunct professor for sports & recreation marketing and event management, Associate Manager of Field Marketing for TDS Telecommunications, LLC and the Community Center Director for Washington City. Wendi is a proud mother of 4 children and resides in Little Valley with her husband, Jake Bulkley of 20 years. Wendi has a bachelor’s degree in business leadership/recreation management and a master’s degree in public administration. Wendi has a combined total of 21 years of progressively responsible experience working as an expert in her field of marketing, fundraising, donor relations and events. Wendi has fostered and grown corporate relationships into millions of dollars in naming rights partnerships including to expand Greater Zion Stadium, a transition to Division 1 status and corporate sponsorships. Wendi provides leadership, strength, and development to every organization she has worked with throughout her student, volunteer, and professional career. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the SGACC Chamber and as the past chair of the Sunshiners.

Chantel has been a Realtor since 2004 and became a Broker and opened Markel Realty Group in 2011. Prior to that she owned a bookkeeping/secretarial business since 1991. She has a solid understanding of what it takes to run a business. Staying educated and current is her top priority. She especially loves learning through listening to podcasts and reading. She is a strong advocate of Child Welfare. She was a foster mom, fostering over 75 children, four of which she has adopted. In her spare time, she loves to hike, travel, ride her bike, and spend time with her family. She loves trying new things and living each day to the fullest. Chantel believes in giving back to the community in which she lives, plays and works. She works tirelessly for her clients and others she serves in the community.

Dr. Erin O'Brien is a professor of biology and the director of Community Engaged Learning at Utah Tech University. She has lived in the area for 17 years and has built a number of programs to serve university students and the regional community and works to help other professors connect with the community on projects ranging from art performances to AI research and everything in-between. She is the main point of contact if you would like to find a class or group of students to work on a project related to what they are learning in class.

Malia has worked for Tru by Hilton for 5 years as the Director of Sales. She is very active in the community and loves building relationships with people. Malia is also an active member of Toastmasters and Leadership Dixie.

Katie Lee, Intermountain Foundation event specialist is dedicated to orchestrating memorable experiences like the Jubilee of Trees, benefiting Intermountain St. George Regional Hospital. She embodies a passionate commitment to uniting individuals for a shared purpose. Katie thrives on fostering connections and believes in the transformative power of collective action, embodying the ethos that together, we can achieve anything.

Kyle currently serves at the Chief Executive Officer for the Huntsman World Senior Games, the largest annual multi-sport event in the world for athletes age 50 and better. He hosts a weekly radio show and podcast, the Huntsman World Senior Games Active Life and is a sought after writer, speaker and trainer. Kyle and his wife, Mindy, enjoy spending time with their children, McKinley and Kyle Wood, and Christian Case, along with their two grandchildren Lincoln and Hayes Wood. He enjoys hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, producing movies for his family’s annual film festival and can do a mean cover of AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night Long” if the occasion arises.

David Cordero is a seasoned writer, speaker, marketer and public relations professional with a wealth of experience in driving impactful initiatives to promote organizations and support business growth. The Communications and Marketing Director for the City of St. George since 2018, David is responsible for overseeing all communication and marketing efforts to effectively promote the city and engage its residents. Prior to his role with the City of St. George, David served as the Membership Director for the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce, where he played a pivotal role in growing the chamber's membership base and strengthening its impact on the local business community. David has also held roles at Bay Equity and Sorenson Advertising, where he leveraged his storytelling skills, creativity and strategic thinking to create successful marketing and PR campaigns. Prior to his pivot to the PR and marketing world, David spent nearly 15 years in journalism, where he led teams, executed redesigns and overhauled content strategies to enhance readership and engagement. Most recently, he wrote about sports, military history and education for The Spectrum in St. George. David's diverse work experiences provide him with a unique perspective on effective communication strategies and the power of storytelling to connect with audiences. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and giving back to this great community.

Jon moved to St George in 2008 to run Copiers4sale, a division of Steamroller Copies. He sits on several boards but the one of the most rewarding responsibilities has been his 14+ years as a Sunshiner for the St George Area Chamber of Commerce.

Brad has served within the Chamber at every level. From serving in the Sunshiners Executive Team, to Chairman of the Board of Directors, to Interim President and CEO. His dedication to our business community continues as he engages on behalf of Tech Ridge Development. Tech Ridge is focused on retaining top local talent, bring high wage jobs, and add an additional leg to our local economy.
